The website www.uniqueallure.com is owned and operated by the designer Berlisg Verena (the ‘Company'/the 'Sole Proprietor'), registered in Vienna, Austria (Hummelgasse 6, 1130 Vienna). The sole proprietor owns all rights, title and interest in and to this website.

References to "we", "us", "our", "company" and "UNIQUE ALLURE" in these Terms are references to the sole proprietor.
TERMS OF SALE
Any sale of Product(s) via the Website will be on the basis of these Terms of Sale. We suggest you print a copy of these and retain them for your records.
PURCHASING PRODUCTS & PRICING
All prices are quoted in Euros/USD/AUD and are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of posting the information. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
Once we have received your order we will send you an email as confirmation. This email will contain your order number, which should be used if you need to track your order.
Only products for which stock is available can be added to your shopping basket. Products which have sold out will be clearly marked. Products marked by ‘Pre-Order’ can not be purchased immediately: you can however order them and we will contact you with the required delivery time. If for any reason we are unable to ship the product(s) that you have selected and purchased online, you will be contacted as soon as possible by UNIQUE ALLURE.
Every effort is made to ensure that all the information provided on UNIQUE ALLURE website is correct at the time of going online. If we discover an error relating to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the error and confirm that you still wish to proceed.
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information is posted on the site. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information, including product descriptions, appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the moment you place an order.
Due to technical limitations, slight variations between the colour and texture of the actual product and the image of the product shown on the website are to be expected.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
You can place an order online by following the instructions, as they appear onscreen.
However, the display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and UNIQUE ALLLURE shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through the website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered.
No order is binding on you or UNIQUE ALLURE until we have accepted it and confirmed receipt of your payment in full of the price of the items and any delivery charges.
NON-ACCETANCE OF YOUR ORDER
We may not accept or cancel an order for any item at any time before delivery.
Non-acceptance of an order may be due to:
- Non-availability of a product (see stock availability)
- Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in our Terms and Conditions.
You will be advised by email or telephone if we are unable to complete your order.
- You must notify that some items (i.e. ‘Pochette Velours’) feature delicate embellishments made using the highest level of craftsmanship. We recommend to take care during wear and cleaning since no complain can be made in case of improper use.
- You must notify that the whole ‘Foulard Collection’ is made from a very delicate material / a scarf in silk or polyester or wool. We recommend to take care during wear and cleaning (dry cleaning only) since no complain can be made in case of improper use.
- You must notify that the ‘Wrapped Bag’ features push buttons on the interchangeable wrap, which is a actually a scarf in silk or polyester or wool and therefore a very delicate material. Make sure that you do not pull on the scarf/wrap.
Always separate the push buttons carefully with your nails; never pull on the wrap, it would not resist and would devil the textile.

We recommend to take care during wear and cleaning (dry cleaning only) since no complain can be made in case of improper use.
- The leather bags are made with the finest leather (cow, lambskin, python or goat) which will get it patina over time. The more you wear it, the better it will look!
Any imperfection in the leather is natural.
- To nourish your leather bag (plain leather), please ask your cobbler for advise or use your own moisturizing cream.
- The suède leather can be cleaned with a special suède leather-rubber (please ask your cobbler for advise) or with your kids school-eraser/rubber;)

ORDER CANCELLATION, REFUND & EXCHANGE
If you are not completely happy with any if the UNIQUE ALLURE products, you may return them providing we receive them within 7 working days of receipt.
All items must be returned to UNIQUE ALLURE, Hummelgasse 6/1, 1130 Vienna, Austria, at your expense and we require you send them by trusted courier.
Tracking number is obligatory.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing the item is returned in a new and unused condition. They should be in the same condition as when they arrived with the original packaging intact and tags attached. Please note that you are responsible for taking care to ensure the items are received in a good condition and not damaged in transit.
Before returning an item please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
We are not responsible for return postage and package that do not reach us.
Please note that we do not offer returns for customized and make-to-order items.
You will not resell any goods or offer any goods for sale, in any country without our prior agreement.
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold Unique Allure's sole proprietor, and/or Unique Allure’s collaborators, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, losses, cost and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of these terms and conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use on this website, or the use by any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.
UNIQUE ALLURE currently accepts payment with Credit Cards, PayPal and bank transaction.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
UNIQUE ALLURE will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 10 working days of order acceptance, subject to availability. We always try our best to ship as soon as we can.

Pre-orders or Made-to-Order products will be subject to longer waiting time, as we will produce these items just for you and on your request only.
Your order should be delivered within 7 working days* from the shipping date.
*Not accounting for any delays that might occur in customs or from other circumstances out of our control.

Europe, not EU: 20.00 Euros
Oversea: 23 Euros

When ordering products for delivery outside the E.U. or overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. UNIQUE ALLURE has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from UNIQUE ALLURE online, you are considered the ‘Importer of Record’ and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the product.
We’re not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses - a physical street address is required.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. The transport service will deliver your order between 8am-6pm, someone must be available during the daytime to sign for the package.
We recommend shipping to your work address. Three delivery attempts will be made, if delivery is unsuccessful the parcel will be returned to UNIQUE ALLURE and all associated charges (much more than the original shipping cost) will be passed on to you.
When you order online, you will be asked to enter the country of delivery. After this we will calculate the delivery charge appropriate to your destination. International delivery is available worldwide.
Please be assured that any information you pass to us is kept private and confidential. We will not share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.
We collect information when an order is placed on our site. We hold personal information such as name, address and phone number to allow us to fulfill your order and manage your account. We do not hold credit card details. These are passed directly onto our payment partners system and are not recorded on our system.
We also reserve the right to disclose your details to a third party if a complaint arises concerning your use of our site that is inconsistent with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to disclose your details to comply with any applicable laws or lawful government requests we may receive.
We may collect non-personal data about the use of our website. For example the length of time spent on the site, pages visited or volume of usage.

When purchasing a good on www.uniqueallure.com we will be pleased to keep you posted through our newsletters send out to you on a regular basis.
